Hello fellow bike enthusiasts, My Scott sub speed 10 2014 colour red in size Large was stolen in Amsterdam, Holland on the 9th of September 2015 and was then advertised on the website OLX.RO on the 17th of September 2015 in Bacau (http://olx.ro/oferta/scott-sub-10-ID4DZTi.html). Frame number is GJ374564. The Scott sub speed 10 has a Shimano Alfine 8 gears with a Gates Carbon belt drivetrain. The bike was customized with the following accessories: Scott Kickstand 2.0 Baggage rear rack: BBB BCA-03 Lights: REELIGHT SL550 front light and backlight Lock: ABUS Bordo GRANIT X Bell: BBB-14 Easyfit Deluxe Mudguards / fenders: Scott Sub Urban Pack 700c (black) If anyone has any information about the bike please contact me or the authorities (police). Hello. Unfortunately there are thousands of stolen bikes for sale on OLX, hundreds are sold and resold on this very forum... I have notified the police in a similar case just like yours, where the bike was identified, the full identity of the seller from romania was provided to the police, the original purchase papers for the bike also provided to the police. All the information was sent both to the Romanian and the police from the country where the bike was stolen. The result is that the bike was not recovered 2 years later. Their excuse: the bike can not be retrieved from the thief unless you have a warrant, issued by a romanian judge. Post below the purchase papers for your bike and a copy of the complain that you have made to police in Amsterdam and I can try to help with the rest, maybe we will find a better police officer this time…

You're welcome. I'll do my best to help. In the mean time please don't get your hopes too high, bureaucracy can complicate this process up to unthinkable proportions.
