RTC stands for Rijwiel Toer Club and is an association for cyclists, affiliated with NTFU. RTC Express was originally the cycling club of the PTT.
The NTFU originated from the Dutch Bicycle Tour Union organization that makes efforts to promote the use of bicycles.
