E-Bike Tuning SpeedBox SpeedBox 2.1 for Giant 2.1 Reliable second generation tuning chip for e-bikes with Giant 2017-2021 motors. SpeedBox 2.1 tuning chip enables to suppress the speed limiter on your electric bike. After the chip is installed your e-bike’s display shows real data, such as maximum and average speed, daily mileage and cruising range. How does SpeedBox 2.1 work? You can activate the SpeedBox 2.1 tuning kit on your e-bike’s display. After pressing the WALK / WALK UP, a value of 9,9 km/h (6,2 mph) appears on the display. From now on you can ride at unlimited speed - 30 km/h, 40 km/h and more than 50 km/h. To deactivate the chip, press WALK / WALK UP. The value of 2.5 km/h (1,6 mph) will appear on your display and the speed limit will reset to 25 km/h. Your e-bike will then work the same as before the chip installation. Assembly When connecting the SpeedBox chip to an e-bike you will find connectors colored to make installation very simple. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to make installation easy for you. Disassembly of our tuning chip is just as easy. If you have any troubles with installation or disassembly, do not hesitate to contact us. If you are planning to install SpeedBox on a brand-new bike, make sure you ride it for at least 1 km before the chip is activated.
